Review Complete is a DBA of Claremont Software. These terms govern your use of this website. A signed Review Complete service agreement, not these website terms, governs any paid client engagement.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful business purposes and to learn about or inquire into Review Complete. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access systems without authorization, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or business, or use the forms to send unlawful or abusive content.

Informational content

The website describes a service, its current public pricing, and its intended operating safeguards. It is not legal, regulatory, tax, or telecommunications advice. Compliance obligations depend on the business, customer relationship, data, message, location, and technology involved. Clients should obtain professional advice where appropriate.

No guaranteed outcome

Review activity depends on customer behavior, completed-job volume, contact quality, platform rules, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a number of reviews, a star-rating change, removal of negative reviews, search rankings, calls, leads, jobs, or revenue.

Google and third-party platforms

Google, Google Business Profile, and related marks belong to their respective owner. Review Complete and Claremont Software are not Google and do not control Google’s products, policies, filters, listings, rankings, suspensions, or availability. Third-party platforms may change their features or terms.

Pricing and service scope

Published pricing and plan descriptions are general information and may be updated. A proposal and signed agreement confirm the final scope, billing date, onboarding requirements, messaging usage treatment, cancellation terms, and responsibilities for a specific client.

Free audit

Submitting an audit request does not create a client relationship, guarantee that an audit can be completed, or enroll you in a paid plan. Public listing data can be incomplete, delayed, or changed by the platform. Audit comparisons are informational snapshots, not forecasts.

Intellectual property

The website’s original copy, visual design, code, and brand materials are owned by or licensed to Claremont Software and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except for ordinary browser use and brief quotation allowed by law.
