Privacy policy.
Effective August 8, 2026
Review Complete is a DBA of Claremont Software (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate this website and offer the Review Complete service. This policy explains what information the website collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information you submit
When you request a free Google Review Audit, we collect your first name, work email, business name, city and state, and any Google Business Profile link you choose to provide. If you email us directly, we receive the information included in your message.
How we use it
- Identify the correct public business listing.
- Prepare and deliver the requested audit.
- Answer questions and discuss whether Review Complete fits your business.
- Protect the form and website from abuse.
- Maintain records reasonably necessary to operate the service.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use an audit request to enroll you in Review Complete.
Website forms and service providers
This site is configured to process form submissions through its hosting provider’s form-handling system. That provider may process technical details such as an IP address, user agent, submission timestamp, and anti-spam signals. Hosting, email, and other infrastructure providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently install advertising pixels or a third-party analytics identifier. Essential hosting, security, or anti-abuse systems may use technical storage where necessary. If analytics or advertising technology is added later, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before activation.
Retention
We retain inquiries and audit records only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, operate the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods can vary with the nature of the request and any resulting client relationship.
Customer data used in Review Complete
This website policy does not replace a client service agreement or data-processing terms. Before a Review Complete workflow begins, the client is responsible for confirming that customer contacts are genuine customers with an appropriate prior relationship and that the requested communications are permitted. Healthcare and other regulated data requires a reviewed data-handling plan before onboarding.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask us to stop non-essential follow-up about an inquiry.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit sensitive customer lists, health information, payment details, or passwords through the public audit form.
Children
This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website or service changes. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
